The chairman of Emohua Local Government Area, Dr Chidi Lloyd on Wednesday defied a heavy downpour to inspect the installation of roofing sheets at the ongoing construction of the 350-capacity Emohua Local Government ICT Studio named in honour of Chief Emeka Woke, one of the transformational projects conceived and executed simultaneously within the Local Government Council Headquarters by his administration.
